Order Exchanges

To ensure a seamless transaction, please review your order details—such as size, design and quantity—carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to process exchanges for errors in these selections. However, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct details. Order Cancellations

  • Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement
  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, the order may have already entered processing, making cancellation unfeasible. To cancel your order, please contact us via email at support@roostick.com.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, the order is final, and we will no longer process refunds.

Returns and refunds are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Items arriving damaged or broken
  • Products differing in design, size or material from the original order
  • Receipt of incorrect items
  • Significant deviations from the product description

Ineligible Items for Return or Refund

  • Items that have been used or altered
  • Defective items not attributable to our oversight
  • Items lacking original tags

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Claim Requirements

When submitting a refund claim, please provide:

Return and Refund Process

  2. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days regarding your eligibility.
  3. Follow the instructions provided and only send your package after receiving a confirmation email with the return address.
  4. Be sure to include the carrier’s tracking number for returned items.
  5. No restocking fees.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive your return. Once we confirm receipt via email, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you encounter delays beyond 7 days, please reach out to your bank or credit card company for assistance with the refund.
